The aim of the River View Towers (RVT) Board of Directors is to make the best decisions to keep our cooperative financially sound and our home physically healthy and safe. The Board makes those decisions with the advice of its hired professionals, on whom they are wise to rely, because those professionals are objective observers with expertise in their fields.
Being on the RVT Board is the surest way to make an impact on the place we all call home. Do you have a talent for working in a group and making things happen? Now is the time to prepare yourself to serve. Here are materials you need to understand Mitchell-Lama and the decisions co-op boards of directors must make.
River View Towers is a Mitchell-Lama cooperative under the supervision of New York State Homes & Community Renewal (HCR, formerly known as DHCR).
