Diamonds In The Sky

Thanks to the RVT ‘Diamonds In The Sky‘ Committee, on September 14, 2025 River View Towers cooperators were treated to the premiere of a delightful and moving video tribute to members of our cooperative who are gone but never forgotten. Their creative vision, inspirational imaginations, and dedication gifted us a vivid reminder that River View Towers is a community of remarkable individuals, every single one of us.

Of course, we all had been anticipating the event for weeks. On that Sunday afternoon excitement filled the air as we entered a beautifully decorated Community Room, open to us for the first time after a long closure. It was stunning indeed.

The in-person and in-the-moment event was not going to be recorded in any way. We just had to be there. And we were! The show was about to begin!

Thank you Gail Richards, Mercedes Nesfield and Carolyn McClary for all the smiles, tears, laughter, and sheer joy of seeing our neighbors and family brought to life for us once again. With ‘Diamonds In The Sky,’ you gave us all a chance to share loving stories and rich memories and continue to celebrate and honor the legacy of River View Towers on its 60th Anniversary.
